The counsellor works to empower all the areas of development that both, the client chooses to focus on and the counsellor finds important. It's a team work and works best when there are elements like trust, empathy and unconditional positive regard.
Individual therapy includes psychotherapy with people facing daily relationship issues or with patients facing of neurotic spectrum disorders such as: Emotional Disturbance, Interpersonal Problems, Depression, Anxiety, Phobia, Obsessions, Compulsions and Sexual Disorders.
