Rashi Ahuja is a psychologist and hypnotherapist by profession. Though young in age,she carries a wide pool of experience with her of dealing with a diverse range of clients. She is a certified teacher and trainer of Clinical Hypnotherapy and Past Life Regression from California Hypnosis Institute-USA and Victorian Psychotherapy Organization, Australia. Further, having done her specialization in counselling psychology she has worked with clients from all age groups starting from 2 and a half to 75. She hails from various reputed educational institutions such as- Delhi University, Christ University Bangalore, California Hypnosis Institute and many more.

She has been working with The Mind and Wellness Clinic since 2012, prior to which, she was working with Inventure Academy, Bangalore and at the Preventive Stress Clinic,Fortis Heart Institute, Okhla, New Delhi and Indian Air Force.

During and post her education she has dealt with a number of clients experiencing wide array of issues ranging from adolescent issues to depression to marital discord.

She specializes in using eclectic therapy, which is a blend of traditional and modern psychotherapies, tailor made to the needs of each client. Apart from her clinical experience she has also conducted a number of stress management workshops with the corporates and psycho-educational workshops with various schools pan-India.
